A tell is when your body or actions give away your thoughts. An example would be you are dealt 4 aces and you automatically smile. This move could tell anyone who was watching that you got dealt some good cards. If the players know when you have a good or bad hand they will know when to fold or raise the bet against you. This is why I have made this list of hints on how to hide these tells.
