When you have a call on your phone and it doesn't say the name and you don't know who it is, it's always a good idea to just let it go to voicemail. If it's important, they will leave a message. When it shows the number on the caller i.d. but not a name, you need to look it up to see what the name is for the number. Why not go online and look it up for free?
