One of the biggest health risks in restaurants, coffee shops and fast food places is the over use of cleaning chemicals by employees. If you look closely you will often find discolored toilet seats in the bathrooms, permanent stains on the floor, and white streaks on stainless equipment, wind ledges, and outdoor patio furniture. Or maybe you hadn't noticed, but at least you will in the future.
